In between college classes and bartending the Walker brothers nurtured a love for old-fashioned hot wings. Those early days taught the boys a lot about taste and texture. When it was time to make their own wing sauce, they knew what they wanted: a smooth and buttery buffalo sauce followed by a hit of their signature flavor.
